We currently have three games in our portfolio: ZooCube®, Jungular and Poker Blocks - all of these will be released in 2007 for the PC format
We had a lot of success with ZooCube, our debut product which sold 250,000 units on Nintendo GameCube and Nintendo Gameboy Advance and it won numerous design awards. It was recently published on the Sony PlayStation 2 and it has also appeared on a multitude of other formats including coin-op, mobile, and mobile 3D (yes the new ones with advanced 3D chips inside from companies like Nvidia).
Jungular is the first shape matching game where players can swap any two squares to match connecting shapes, and it is the first game of this kind where they can drag and drop shapes. This enables players to build large combos that can be chained together, which takes skill and strategy.
Poker Blocks combines Poker with Tetris with a Physics engine (Bouncy Rules) and rewrites the rulebook on puzzle games in the process. Players can use the mouse to drag, throw, bounce and slide the blocks to make higher hands in any way they can think of. Sticky Rules provides a non-physics game mode that is equally compelling.
The site for each game shows more detailed information and download links - each game comes with a free 30 minute trial, so that you can try-before-you-hopefully-buy.
Each of the sites contains information about how we designed these games so that you can see the effort that has gone into making them and that perhaps the stories behind them will inspire you in some way, shape or form.
